We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the reins at our Woodlands store.
Our stores are fast-paced, high-volume, and keep you on your toes.
We need a hands-on leader who knows how to drive sales, lead a busy team from the front, keep standards razor-sharp, and manage all day-to-day retail operations without needing a rulebook every five minutes.
What you'll be doing
Taking full ownership of store performance, hitting sales targets, and driving commercial results on the floor
Leading, coaching, and motivating your team by working shoulder-to-shoulder with them during peak trading times
Managing stock flow, visual merchandising, and high-impact seasonal changeovers
Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including rostering, wage control, stock control, and security procedures
Ensuring fast, high-volume customer service that keeps queues moving while making every shopper feel valued
Maintaining a safe, clean,



and compliant working environment for both staff and customers
What you bring
Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail or high-volume setting
A genuine hands-on leadership style—you lead by example and aren't afraid to jump on the register or unpack stock
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and managing store costs
Great people skills—you know how to build a tight-knit team, coach performance, and get the best out of the people around you
High personal standards for visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer service
Resilience, adaptability, and a calm, practical head when the shop floor gets hectic
