Food & Beverage Supervisor
who thrives in creating memorable guest moments, leads by example, and brings energy and consistency to every shift.

What You'll Do
·Leading by example with exceptional guest service at all times
·Ensure standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained
·Up keep knowledge of outlet and offerings
·Opening/closing the venue.
·Train recent team members and share your knowledge with the team.
What We're Looking For
·Proven experience in Food & Beverage,



with Bar / Cocktail knowledge a big plus
·A natural leader who energises and supports others
·A strong communicator with great people skills and a calm, solution-focused mindset
·Someone who leads by doing — consistent, reliable, and guest-focused
·NSW RSA certified
