We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established construction business on a short-term temporary assignment covering the lead-up to Christmas.This is a hands-on, high-volume AP role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, work confidently with minimal supervision and maintain strong accuracy in a busy environment.
Your current role
Process approximately ***** invoices per day
Prepare invoices for approval and payment
Check and adjust GST where required
Ensure invoices meet PO requirements
Liaise with Project Managers to follow up on outstanding approvals
System – Sage
Support the wider finance team with day-to-day AP requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Strong high-volume Accounts Payable experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident,



working independently and managing priorities
Previous Sage experience preferred
Construction or project-based industry experience would be highly regarded
Available for the full assignment from 23 November to 23 December
