We are seeking a culinary qualified transitioning to a
Front-of-house supervisory role
.
As a Culinary Supervisor, you will manage buffet and banquet setups, collaborate with event teams, and ensure the safe delivery of food from the Central Production Unit to event sites.
THE POSITION
Lead and assist with buffet and banquet set-ups, ensuring food safety from preparation to delivery
Coordinate with event teams and ensure smooth execution of all activations and events
Oversee ordering, stock control, and HACCP allergen labelling and admin compliance
Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting




Supervise and support team members to maintain high service standards
THE PERSON
Culinary background with experience in corporate catering, menu collaboration and events
Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and basic administration for menu reporting
Excellent computer and communication skills
Supervisory – Food safety Certificate (or willing to obtain)
