We're currently on the lookout for experienced Psychologists and Social Workers to join us in Ballarat and the central highlands region in hybrid roles – combining in-office, onsite at customer locations, and work-from-home flexibility.

Your Contributions:
Qualifications:
AHPRA registered psychologists or AASW Social Workers with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
Excellent Counselling Skills:
Proficient in evidence-based frameworks with demonstrated competency in providing psychological services for a broad range of clients and concerns.
Critical Incident Response:




Experience in providing critical incident response to workplaces is desirable.
Organisational Skills:
Exceptional planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to self-manage and work autonomously.
Tech Savvy:
Confidence in using technology and an IT case management system.
