We are values-driven, person-centered, and committed to high-quality, compassionate care.We are currently hiring for4 x Mental Health Support Workers – Based in the community across Ryde, Macquarie Park, Hornsby, Northern Beaches, Parramatta and Inner WestMental Health Support Workers (Community Participation & Daily Living Support)Support NDIS participants with psycho-social disabilities to engage with the community, achieve personal goals, and build essential life skills.
These are dynamic, flexible roles offering meaningful one-on-one engagement.Key Responsibilities:Provide recovery-oriented support for mental health and emotional well-beingFacilitate community access and social participationSupport with daily structure, appointments, and activitiesAssist with goal setting and NDIS plan implementationAssist with meal preparation,
