This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
As a Room Attendant and Public Area Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests, directly contributing to their experience and our reputation for excellence in hospitality.What you'll be doingCleaning and servicing guest rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas to meet Royce Hotel's quality standardsChanging bed linens, towels efficiently.Maintaining public areas including lobbies, corridors, lifts and guest facilities to the highest cleanliness standardsRestocking supplies such as toiletries, towels and amenities in guest rooms and public spacesReporting maintenance issues,



damage or safety concerns to management immediatelyResponding to guest requests and special requirements with professionalism and courtesyOperating cleaning equipment and using cleaning products safely and responsiblyKeeping detailed records of room status and completion of assigned tasksWhat we're looking forProven experience in housekeeping, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environmentStrong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessPhysical capability to perform cleaning duties including standing for extended periods, lifting and bendingExcellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamGood communication skills and willingness to take directionReliability and punctuality, particularly important for casual shift workWorking rights in Australia and willingness to undergo relevant background checksAbout usWe are a Luxury Hotel located in Melbourne's vibrant precinct.
