YouOur Waiters are responsible for the general presentation of the restaurant/events space, as well as welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating effectively with the kitchen, memorising the menus and offering recommendations to upsell add-ons (such as drinks and side plates).
In this role, not only will you service guests for our Altitude dining experience and 6-course chef's tasting menu, but also work on events, from weddings to corporate lunches.The ideal candidate will have fine-dining experience and be flexible to work casually across, and up to, seven days a week.
