Job DescriptionWe're currently looking for an admin all-rounder.
Someone with a passion for helping to build great things and a keen interest in how business works.This position is based at Dominant Music head office in Mitcham Victoria.




This is a Part-time and/or Full-time position.You'll be responsible for:Accounts payable and receivable.Liasing with customers to ensure a high level of customer service.Invoicing / crediting.Order entry.Debt Collection.Incoming & Outgoing calls.Maintaining clients/dealers accounts.Coming up with ideas on how to improve what we do and help implement them!
You will receive training, and support and be a major part of a great team all working towards a common goal.QualificationsQualitfications in the areas of Business Administration and/or Book Keeping would be beneficial.
Knowledge of musical instruments would be ideal but not essential.This position would suit someone who:Is friendly, positive & can get along with a broad range of personalities.Has great computer skillsGreat phone mannerShows attention to fine detail and shows pride in their workHas a natural inclination towards great customer service and a 'can do' attitude at all timesBefore you apply please consider:Are you excited about working in a fast-paced, some times high pressure environment?
