Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Phone Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them source the right products and solutions to keep their businesses moving.Working closely with the branch team, you'll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.Your Day Will IncludeHandling inbound customer enquiries via phone and emailProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyProviding product information, pricing and quotationsFollowing up customer enquiries and quotationsBuilding strong relationships with trade and commercial customersPromoting current products and special offersIdentifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sellWorking with the branch team to achieve sales goalsDelivering outstanding customer service every dayQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForYou may come from phone sales, internal sales, customer service, parts interpreting or account management.Most importantly,
