We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to be onsite and support a well known global brand in Sydney's CBD on an initial 4 week temporary assignment, with potential to extend.This is a hands on role supporting the day to day soft services operations.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take initiative and provide excellent service to internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily facilities and soft services operations across three Sydney sitesConduct daily floor walks, identifying and resolving facilities issuesLiaise with cleaners, contractors and external service providersAssist with event setups, catering and meeting room arrangementsCoordinate deliveries,



supplies and general office requirementsEscort contractors and assist with scheduled maintenance activitiesProvide occasional reception and mailroom coverageRespond to ad hoc facilities requests and ensure safe work practices are followedAbout YouPrevious experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Services or Corporate Facilities SupportStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident liaising with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholdersGood understanding of workplace health and safety practicesProactive, reliable and happy to be hands onAvailable to commence Monday 26 OctoberWhat's on Offer $42 per hour + superannuationInitial 4 week assignment with potential to extendMonday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Sydney CBD locationSupportive corporate setting
