We are seeking an enthusiasticService Advisor to fill a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday working the hours of 8AM to 4PM – Saturday 8AM - 12PM (one per month) - overtime available.Does this sound like you?

This role offers opportunity to learn, grow and advance your career with an exciting, vibrant and growing company.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in person or by phone to determine the customer's needs and vehicle dataDocument customer needs accurately via repair orders and define the scope and type of work requiredPresent service offers to customers, and offer additional services, benefits and/or parts at every opportunityBook appointments according to customer needs and workshop utilisation capacityLiaise with service technicians & follow up on customer vehicles during the course of the repairQuote,
