This role is critical to ensuring order accuracy, fast dispatch, and a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities Order Fulfilment (Primary) Accurately pick products according to online ordersPack orders securely and in line with company standardsPrepare orders for dispatch, including labelling and documentationEnsure all orders meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standardsMeet daily dispatch deadlines and productivity targetsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe packing areaInventory & Warehouse Support Assist with stock receiving, checking, and put-awayReport stock discrepancies, damages, or shortagesParticipate in stocktakes as requiredFollow inventory control proceduresCustomer Service Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or online platformsAssist customers with order tracking, delivery issues,



and basic product questionsResolve customer issues professionally and escalate when requiredMaintain accurate records of customer interactionsRepresent the company in a polite, professional, and brand-aligned mannerSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or order fulfilment preferredCustomer service experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills (order systems, emails, inventory software)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and move cartons (up to (15 kg) kg)Repetitive picking, packing, and manual handling tasksPersonal Attributes Reliable and punctualPositive attitude and robust work ethicOrganised and process-drivenCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to remain calm under pressureCompliance & Safety Follow all workplace health and safety policiesAdhere to company SOPs and quality standardsMaintain confidentiality of customer and business information
