Dorset Health Care University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a SPOA Call Advisor to be the first point of contact for urgent care information and requests. You will handle calls from a range of health and social care settings and record information accurately using established templates and systems.

The role operates 07:00–23:00, 365 days a year, with shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A DBS check is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
