National Workforce is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our client in Marsden Park, working with luxury fashion, handbags and high-end accessories.

No warehouse experience? No problem! If you have a background in retail and take pride in doing things right, we want to hear from you. Previous pick packing, warehousing or RF scanning experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Please note, these positions will require availability Monday-Friday each week approximately 38hrs. Overtime available!

About the Role

Working in a clean, modern warehouse environment, you will help ensure luxury products are picked, packed and prepared for delivery with care and precision.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handling luxury handbags, designer fashion and premium accessories with care.
- Checking products to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.
- Using RF scanners and computer systems to process orders (training provided where required).
- Processing returns and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Maintaining an organised and tidy work environment.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Working collaboratively with a supportive team to meet daily targets.

What We're Looking For





We're interested in people who bring the right attitude and transferable skills, including:

- Previous retail experience, particularly in fashion, luxury goods, handbags, cosmetics, footwear or accessories.
- Robust attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.

Experience in warehousing, pick packing or RF scanning is advantageous, but not essential. If you're ready to learn something new and bring your retail skills into a different industry, we d love to hear from you!
