At ONA Recruitment we specialise in both temporary and permanent placements. We are currently looking for expressions of interest from Sales Management and Business Development professionals for a range of upcoming temporary and permanent opportunities across various industries including health and fitness, co-working space and property, FMCG distributors, and education.

In these roles you’ll guide and develop a sales team, making sure targets are met and exceeded, develop and implement strategies to increase sales results, and track performance based on targets.

These roles include a mix of face-to-face, phone and email communication with businesses and clients.

For Sales Manager roles, we are looking for a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, and for Business Development roles we are looking for a minimum of 3-4 years experience in business development.

Whether you’re already leading a sales team in a similar environment or ready to bring your skills into a new industry, we’d love to hear from you.

About you

- A genuine passion for working with people and strong leadership skills are essential.





- Sales management experience, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding targets

- Strong planning skills, setting targets, and tracking performance

- A hands-on approach to finding and growing current opportunities and convert them into sales

- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build relationships
