This well-established national builder has built an enviable reputation for delivering complex and large-scale projects across the commercial sector. Due to continued progress on a flagship CBD high-rise development, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team on a contract basis and play a key role through the critical finishing stages of the project.

Your new role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the finishes phase across a major high-rise development, coordinating trades and ensuring quality, program and safety objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating all finishes trades on site
- Driving program outcomes and maintaining construction milestones
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring productivity targets are achieved
- Managing defect prevention, inspections and quality assurance processes
- Coordinating trade sequencing and daily site activities




- Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance
- Assisting with practical completion and handover activities

What you'll need to succeed:

- Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale high-rise projects across the Tier 1 or 2 space.
- Strong understanding of internal finishes, quality control and defect management
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive program outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and hands-on leadership style
- Relevant construction qualifications and site safety certifications
