First National Real Estate Mudgee is looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our busy and supportive Property Management team.

While previous property management experience would be highly regarded, we're also happy to consider someone with no real estate experience who has a great attitude and is willing to learn!

If you're organised, enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills and love a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

As part of our Property Management team, you'll be involved in:

- Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs

- Conducting routine property inspections

- Assisting with leasing and tenancy management

- Managing day-to-day property enquiries

- Working alongside a supportive and experienced team

What We're Looking For

- Previous property management experience is preferred, but not essential

- Experience using property management software would be highly regarded

- A friendly, professional and positive attitude

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail





- Confidence using computers and learning new systems

- The ability to multitask and work as part of a team

- A current driver's licence

- A willingness to learn and develop within the real estate industry
