We’re looking for an experienced Campaign Coordinator to help shape and optimise the strategies behind how we engage with customers across our portfolios.

The Role

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You’ll develop, implement and optimise end-to-end campaign and collections strategies across multiple communication channels.

Combining analytical thinking, customer-centric design, regulatory discipline and commercial awareness, you’ll use data and insights to improve engagement, customer outcomes and portfolio performance.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and optimise campaign and collections strategies aligned with client, regulatory and customer requirements.

- Manage channel sequencing and customer journeys across SMS, email, outbound, digital and agent-assisted communications.

- Analyse portfolio and campaign performance, identify trends and turn insights into practical improvements.

- Use tools including Power BI, Excel, Databricks, SQL, SendGrid and Genesys to support campaign design and performance.

- Develop clear, compliant and engaging messaging tailored to different customer segments and lifecycle stages.

- Partner across Operations, Portfolio Management, Client Services, Marketing, Data, Digital,



Technology and Compliance to deliver effective campaigns.

- Lead campaign planning and continuously identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure campaigns and customer communications meet regulatory, client, brand and risk requirements.

About You

You’re analytical, commercially minded and customer-focused, with experience delivering campaigns in a regulated environment.

- Experience in campaign coordination, collections strategy, lifecycle marketing or portfolio communications.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.

- Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns with a focus on performance, accuracy and compliance.

- Confidence with Power BI, Excel, SQL and/or other campaign and data platforms.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry/regulatory knowledge are highly regarded.
