Revital Care is looking for an experienced disability support worker with their own ABN to assist a friendly male participant in Chester Hill, NSW.

The participant prefers a female support worker, however male applicants will also be considered.

Position Details:

Location: Chester Hill, NSW
Shift: Monday, 11am to 3pm
Start: Immediate, must be available from Monday
Employment Type: ABN Contractor

Duties Include:

- Personal care including showering and dressing

- Community participation and social support

- Transport to appointments and activities

- Assistance with daily living and independence

Requirements:

- Previous disability support experience, particularly personal care

- Active ABN

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle

- Relevant insurance and clearances

- Reliable,



compassionate and professional

- Available to commence Monday
