Deep Blue Bath House & Day Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Day Spa Therapist to join our growing team.

Located within the award-winning Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs, our vision is to be Victoria's leading regional wellness destination, delivering exceptional spa experiences through premium treatments, personalised wellness journeys and outstanding guest care.

About the Role

As a Day Spa Therapist, you'll deliver a range of luxury wellness experiences including:

- Relaxation, Pregnancy and Hot Stone Massage

- Luxury Facial Treatments

- Advanced Skin Consultations

- Body Rituals and Wraps

- Private Bathing Experiences

- Personalised Homecare Recommendations

You'll care for a diverse range of guests—from loyal local clients to visitors from across Australia and overseas—tailoring every consultation and treatment to their individual needs. Your expertise, professionalism and genuine care will help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.

Working with the internationally recognised Pevonia Botanica professional skincare collection, you'll deliver results-focused facial treatments while continually developing your treatment, consultation and product recommendation skills through ongoing education and professional development.





What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced therapist who has:

- Minimum of two years’ experience working as a therapist in a professional spa environment

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum qualification)

- Exceptional massage and facial therapy skills

- A genuine passion for skin health and wellness

- Confidence delivering premium spa experiences

- Excellent consultation and communication skills

- Qualified presentation and attention to detail

- A positive, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude

- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
