About the role

You will be the person that creates a welcoming and happy experience, guiding the patient from start to completion of their treatment. You will be supported in your role being at the centre of the practice, helping patients navigate their visits while keeping the front reception organised, working closely with the Dental Prosthetist and other team members.

Key responsibilities

- Patient greeting

- Managing appointments and clinical schedules

- Answering phone and emails

- Processing payment and HICAPS health fund claims

- Support the team with administration tasks

- Ordering clinic and laboratory products

- Liaising with Dental Professionals to coordinate patient treatment planning
