About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Miami, QLD office. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to build a successful career in financial services. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business, identifying and converting prospects into valued customers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance. This role combines relationship-building, consultative selling, and product knowledge to create meaningful customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Completing assessments on submitted applications (loan writing)

- Present and demonstrate our lending products and services to potential customers in a transparent, compelling and consultative manner

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate loan solutions

- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients

- Navigate the sales process from initial contact through to loan approval and settlement

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system

- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit assessment and loan administration, to ensure smooth customer handovers





- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Stay informed about our product range, competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and addressing customer concerns

What we're looking for

- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, lending or a related industry

- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive, resilient attitude

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

- Knowledge of lending products, loan processes and financial services regulations is advantageous

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
