As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced transport and logistics leader to take ownership of our Bulk operations across Victoria and South Australia.

Role Details:

Reporting to the Vice President - Bulk, you'll be accountable for the operational, commercial and safety performance of the VIC/SA Bulk business.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proven transport operator with experience managing company-owned fleets, drivers, maintenance programs, customer relationships and operational teams across multiple locations.

What you’ll do

- Lead transport and warehousing operations across Victoria and South Australia.
- Drive operational performance, service delivery and profitability.
- Manage fleet utilisation, maintenance expenditure and operational costs.
- Lead and develop transport, warehouse and operational leadership teams.




- Strengthen customer relationships and support business growth initiatives.
- Drive a strong safety culture across all operations.
- Maintain accountability for P&L; performance, budgets and financial outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support tender responses, pricing activities and customer solutions.

What You Will Bring

- Extensive experience leading transport and logistics operations.
- Proven experience managing large company-owned and/or contractor fleet operations.
- Experience in bulk logistics, tanker transport, industrial freight or similar sectors highly regarded.

- Strong understanding of heavy vehicle compliance, safety and operational performance.
- Demonstrated leadership of drivers, transport supervisors and operational teams.
- Full P&L; accountability and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience leading multi-site transport operations.
- A track record of driving operational improvement, productivity and customer service outcomes.
