We’re partnering with a high-profile ASX-listed Australian business that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume AP portfolio across suppliers and subcontractors
- Process and code invoices and subcontractor claims
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage AP queries and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Assist with month-end, audit and wider finance tasks as required
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in a full-function Accounts Payable role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Can start immediately
