We're on the hunt for a confident, curious and motivated individual to join our Wonthaggi Retail Sales team. Someone who enjoys a challenge, genuinely likes helping people and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.

We're not necessarily looking for someone who knows everything about cars, 4WDs or the great outdoors. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the drive to become really good at what they do.

About the Role

As part of our Retail Sales team, you'll be involved in much more than simply selling products.

You'll work alongside experienced people across our retail, automotive accessory and mechanical service operations, helping customers find practical solutions for their vehicles, adventures and everyday needs.

No two days are quite the same. There's plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, take on responsibility and explore different areas of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building genuine relationships with customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

- Taking the time to understand what customers actually need and helping them find the right solutions.

- Assisting with sales of 4WD accessories, automotive products and mechanical services.

- Preparing quotes, coordinating customer orders and following up on enquiries.

- Working closely with our workshop, warehouse and sales teams to deliver a great customer experience.

- Keeping our showroom organised, presentable and ready for business.

- Contributing ideas, solving problems and helping improve the way we do things.





- Supporting your teammates and getting involved wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in the person behind the résumé.

You might already have experience in retail, automotive or customer service. Or you might be coming from an entirely different industry and looking for a fresh opportunity.

Either way, we'd love to meet someone who:

- Is genuinely friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people.

- Has the confidence to start a conversation and the curiosity to ask the right questions.

- Takes pride in their work and follows through on commitments.

- Is a natural problem solver who isn't afraid to ask questions or have a crack at something new.

- Can have a laugh, maintain perspective and contribute to a positive workplace.

- Is organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling different priorities.

- Is willing to learn, take on feedback and develop new skills.

- Has an interest in vehicles, travel, camping, outdoor adventures or simply learning something current.

- Has basic computer skills and a current Australian manual driver's licence.

Experience is valuable, but attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
