As our portfolio of live projects grows, we are looking for a full-time Structural Foreman for each of our Geelong and Melbourne bases. You'll run the site, lead the crew and own the outcome.
The Role
You'll work alongside our director, project managers and crews, both onsite and with the office. You'll run day-to-day site operations in line with our contracted scope, with full support from our management team.
Tasks include:
- Running the entire build from set-out through to completion
- Leading and directing site crews and subcontractors
- Delivering footings, slab on ground, suspended slabs, stairs, columns and walls
- Working to budget and taking accountability for your project
- Planning the week ahead and running Monday toolbox meetings
- Reading and working from structural drawings
- Managing quality through ITPs and inspections
- Coordinating formwork, reo,
pumps and concrete deliveries
- Coordinating daily maintenance of plant and equipment
- Training and developing your crew
- Working closely with builder supervisors and our PMs
- Flagging variations, delays and site issues early
- Keeping site records up to date on our digital systems (NEO and Fieldwire): daily progress, dockets, delays, defects and forms

Eligibility
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in structural concrete
- Confident reading structural drawings
- Working With Children Check required
- Construction White Card required
- Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required
- Comfortable using a phone or tablet for site reporting (training provided)
- A safety-first mindset
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency
- CV and recent references required
