What your days look like

- Personal care. Help clients shower, dress and get ready for the day, with dignity every time

- Life at home. Meals, light cleaning, shopping and the jobs that keep a home running

- Out and about. Appointments, outings and visits to family and friends

- Noticing. Spot when something has changed and let the team know early

- The right way. Follow care plans and safety practices, every visit

Skills get you shortlisted. Your style gets you hired.

We can teach the tasks. We can’t teach the heart. You’ll probably be the person who:

- Turns up on time, every time

- Listens more than they talk and remembers how someone takes their tea

- Stays calm when the day doesn’t go to plan

What you’ll bring

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing or Disability

- A current driver licence and a registered, insured vehicle to use for business purposes (kilometre reimbursement offered)

- A satisfactory traffic history and First Aid & CPR certificate will be required
