We’re seeking an accomplished sales qualified for our wedding ring, engagement ring and fine jewellery consultations. Someone who actively creates opportunities, confidently closes sales and enjoys getting every detail right.

Your role

You’ll own the client journey from first conversation through to collection and the milestones that follow.

- Build your pipeline: contact enquiries, follow up quotations, reconnect with existing clients and generate appointments, referrals and repeat business.

- Lead purposeful consultations: understand each client’s story, preferences and budget, then guide them towards their ideal diamond and design.

- Close with confidence: communicate value, address questions thoughtfully and ask for the business with warmth and professionalism.

- Deliver with precision: prepare accurate quotations for handmade jewellery, CAD designs and repairs, supported by clear briefs and meticulous client records.

- Follow through: coordinate with our workshop and administration team, keep clients informed and ensure every commitment is fulfilled.

- Strengthen relationships: manage after-service and repair appointments with care, recognising opportunities to support clients through future milestones.

What you bring

- Proven sales achievement. You know your numbers,



take responsibility for targets and can demonstrate how your initiative has generated business.

- A proactive approach. You pick up the phone, pursue opportunities and bring purpose to quieter showroom moments.

- Exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy checking specifications, refining briefs and keeping accurate records. Thorough preparation and consistent follow-through are habits you take pride in.

- Warmth, curiosity and team spirit. You listen closely, offer honest advice, welcome coaching and respect the expertise of those working alongside you.

Jewellery industry experience is required, together with a strong record of client relationship management.
