About the role
MedCentral Dental, conveniently located at Westfield Knox, is seeking two friendly, confident and motivated Dental Receptionists to join the team. With one dentist operating, the role requires someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of the dental reception area and keep everything running like clockwork.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the dental reception area independently
- Work autonomously and take ownership of the role
- Maintain organisation and reliability in daily operations
About you
- Zavy experience highly desirable
- Dental4Windows (D4W) experience a big bonus
- Allied health billing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable and confident working independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to take charge
