$85,000–$110,000 FTE + super, pro rata

Help make Snackboy Australia's most talked-about snack brand.

We're Snackboy — a fun, bold and fast-growing Australian snack brand making ridiculously delicious, better-for-you treats.

From indulgent peanut butter cups to chocolate-covered snacks, we're all about making snacking more exciting.

We're already stocked in ~2,000 outlets including major Australian retailers like Coles and ALDI, and we've got big plans.

Now we're looking for a creative, energetic and social-savvy person to help bring the Snackboy brand to life.

We're not looking for someone to simply schedule posts. We want someone who creates the content, builds the hype and makes things happen.

What you'll be doing

Creating content people actually want to watch

- Be hands-on filming, photographing and editing content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.

- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes videos, product shoots and trending content.

- Spend time on-site capturing everything from new product development to production, packaging and launches.

- Develop creative ideas that make Snackboy stand out and get people talking.

Growing our social presence

- Own Snackboy's organic social media accounts, from content planning through to posting and community engagement.

- Grow our following, reach and engagement through consistent, creative content.

- Stay on top of social trends and find opportunities to put a Snackboy spin on them.

- Build an engaged community of people who genuinely love our products.

Influencers, collaborations & PR

- Find and build relationships with creators, influencers and brand ambassadors.

- Organise product gifting, influencer campaigns and content collaborations.

- Identify exciting partnership opportunities with other Australian brands.

- Help generate PR, media opportunities and buzz around Snackboy.

Making launches exciting





- Plan and execute creative campaigns for new products, flavours and retail launches.

- Coordinate content, creators, giveaways, collaborations and promotional activations.

- Work closely with our team to bring new ideas to life.

Who we're looking for

You're creative, proactive, organised and genuinely passionate about social media and consumer brands.

Ideally, you'll have:

- 3+ years' experience in social media, content creation or consumer brand marketing.

- Strong filming and video editing skills, particularly for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

- Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

- A excellent eye for content, branding and visual storytelling.

- Confidence approaching influencers, creators and potential brand partners.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- The ability to work independently, take ownership and execute ideas.

- A genuine interest in food, FMCG, lifestyle brands and social trends.

Experience in food, beverage, FMCG or lifestyle brands would be a big advantage.
