Hays Construction & Property is currently partnering with a number of established Tier 1, Tier 2 and privately owned builders seeking experienced Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to join their growing teams. Opportunities exist across a diverse portfolio of projects including high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, industrial facilities and major commercial projects ranging from $50M to $800M+.

With multiple vacancies available, we are keen to speak with professionals looking to progress their careers on some of Brisbane's most significant construction projects.

Your new role

We currently have vacancies across:

- Contract Administrator | High-Rise Residential | $50M - $300M Projects
- Senior Contract Administrator | High-Rise Residential | $200M - $800M Projects
- Contract Administrator | Mixed-Use & Commercial Projects
- Senior Contract Administrator | Commercial Developments
- Contract Administrator | Industrial & Logistics Facilities
- Senior Contract Administrator | Large-Scale Industrial Projects

Projects are located throughout Brisbane CBD, and surrounding suburbs both North & South.

What you'll need to succeed

- Managing subcontractor procurement and tender processes
- Preparing and administering subcontract agreements
- Contract negotiation and commercial management
- Processing progress claims and subcontractor payments
- Managing variations, extensions of time and contractual notices
- Cost forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting
- Supporting project delivery teams to achieve commercial outcomes




- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Assisting in risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle

To be successful, you will possess:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience working as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator within the Australian construction market
- Proven experience delivering commercial, industrial or high-rise residential projects
- Robust understanding of subcontract administration and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within high-performing project teams

Salary Expectations:

- Contract Administrator: $130,000 - $180,000 + Super
- Senior Contract Administrator: $180,000 - $250,000 + Super
- Project-based opportunities available above these ranges for exceptional candidates
