We are currently seeking Casual Guest Service Agents and Housekeeping Attendants to join our team across multiple positions.

Available Positions

Casual Guest Service Agents

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, playing an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service throughout their stay.

- Managing guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries.

- Handling reservations, telephone calls and email correspondence.

- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records.

- Assisting with guest requests and providing information about the hotel and local Mildura attractions.

- Working closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment.

- Assisting with general administration and daily front office operations.

- Supporting the team with day-to-day operational requirements as needed.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in hotel reception, customer service or hospitality is preferred.

- Experience using a hotel Property Management System (PMS) would be highly regarded.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Confidence using computers and the ability to learn new systems.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Casual Housekeeping Attendants

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and hotel facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the hotel's standards.

- Making beds, replacing linen and replenishing guest amenities.

- Cleaning bathrooms, guest areas and designated public spaces.

- Ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard prior to guest arrival.

- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or damaged items.

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping equipment and storage areas.

- Following workplace health and safety procedures and safe chemical-handling practices.

- Working collaboratively with the housekeeping and wider hotel team to meet daily operational requirements.

What we're looking for:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.

- A reliable, positive and hardworking attitude.

- Good time management and the ability to work efficiently.

- The physical ability to undertake housekeeping duties.

- A willingness to learn and follow hotel procedures.

- Flexibility to work across weekdays,
