Immediate Start – Mobile Sales & Delivery Rep – Geelong | Base + Commission

AutoSmart Melbourne West is on the lookout for a driven and reliable Terriroty Sales & Delivery Representative to join our growing team. Based out of our Laverton North warehouse, this role will primarily service Geelong and surrounding areas, with additional support across Melbourne’s West.

This is not your typical job - it's a fast-paced, on-the-road role where you'll combine sales, customer service, and delivery, all while running your own mobile truck showroom and building solid relationships with customers across your territory.

If you enjoy being out on the road, working independently, and taking ownership of your results, this role offers real variety and opportunity.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll manage your own run, service customers, and drive sales while being backed by a supportive and experienced team.

You'll be responsible for operating a mobile showroom vehicle across Geelong and surrounding areas, ensuring customers receive reliable service and high-quality products every time.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobile Sales & Service – Manage and operate your own mobile showroom across your territory

- Customer Relationships: Maintain and grow an existing customer base, building strong relationships while identifying new sales opportunities

- Product Delivery – Deliver products efficiently and professionally

- Sales & Admin – Accurately track orders, sales, and customer interactions

- Inventory Control – Load, unload, and manage stock levels

- Workplace Standards – Maintain a clean, safe, and organised vehicle





- Team Support – Contribute to overall team success and business operations

What We're Looking For

- Previous sales experience (automotive or cleaning industry a bonus, not essential)

- Strong communication and people skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Current Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (essential)

- Highly organised with good time management

- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

- Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock such as drums, while adhering to workplace health and safety requirements

- Commitment to safety and responsible work practices

- Safe driving history
