About the Role

As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our fabrication workshop, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standards.

You will supervise workshop personnel, coordinate workloads, support production planning and provide technical leadership while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on leadership role that would suit an experienced tradesperson who enjoys developing people, solving problems and driving performance.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Trade qualification in Boilermaking or similar

- Previous experience leading fabrication teams

- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding and engineering processes

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- A proactive approach to problem solving

- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
