Sydney Tools is seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our team at our Smithfield store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse and store duties, including forklift operations, receiving and dispatching stock, order picking and packing, and customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar storeperson or warehouse position
- A current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive communication and customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career with opportunities for development

Key Responsibilities

- Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks
- Receiving and dispatching stock
- Picking and packing customer orders




- Maintaining warehouse and store cleanliness and housekeeping
- Providing customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Merchandising and stock replenishment
- Working closely with the Dispatch Manager and sales team
- Being available to work every second Saturday on a shorter shift
