About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with strong sales capabilities and technical aptitude to accelerate the growth of our Technical Solutions business across Australia and Recent Zealand.

Reporting to the Manager – Technical Solutions (ANZ), you will identify and convert new business opportunities, expand strategic customer relationships, and manage complex solution-based sales from initial engagement through to contract award. Working closely with our Estimating, Engineering and Production teams, you will be positioning us as the partner of choice for innovative containerised solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and customer engagement.

- Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.

- Lead customer engagement, scope development, proposals and negotiations,



delivering compliant technical and commercial solutions to contract execution.

- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers across target industries.

- Collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to deliver innovative customer outcomes.

- Prepare quotations, pricing strategies and commercial proposals.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer activity within Salesforce CRM.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

- Achieve agreed sales targets while supporting the continued growth of the Technical Solutions business.

About You

You are an experienced business development professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships and winning complex technical opportunities.

You will bring:

- Two years' experience in sales/ customer service/ administration.

- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation and relationship skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly and identify customer needs.

- Demonstrated outbound calling, quotation follow-up and sales conversion capability.

- Robust customer service orientation.

- Manufacturing industry experience is desirable.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with accurate record keeping, commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across ANZ.
