We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of an exciting new luxury residential development on Sovereign Island, Gold Coast, with early works set to commence late 2026.

In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of the project, overseeing all aspects of construction from commencement through to completion. Working closely with the site and commercial teams, you will drive project performance across programme, budget, quality, safety and stakeholder management, ensuring the development is delivered to the highest standards. You will play a key role in managing project risks, coordinating subcontractors and consultants, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all project milestones and contractual obligations are achieved.

This opportunity will suit an experienced and driven Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-value residential or luxury apartment developments. You will be a proactive leader with strong technical and commercial acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve outstanding results. Experience delivering complex, high-end residential projects with premium finishes and exacting quality standards will be highly regarded.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of the project from commencement through to completion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Working closely with the Construction Manager and an experienced project team, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including construction planning, programming, subcontractor coordination, procurement, cost management, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement. You will take a proactive, hands-on approach to managing project risks, driving programme performance and ensuring the successful coordination of all construction activities.

To be Successful in the Role, you will have

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use construction projects, ideally valued at $40m–$100m+.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects from commencement through to practical completion and handover, with full accountability for programme, budget, quality and delivery outcomes.
- Strong experience delivering high-end residential developments, luxury apartments or architecturally complex projects,



with an appreciation for premium finishes and exceptional quality standards.
- Extensive experience in construction planning, programming and project coordination, with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and maintain critical project milestones.
- A strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, buildability and site operations, with the ability to identify and resolve challenges proactively.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, financial performance, procurement strategies and commercial outcomes in collaboration with the Contract Administration team.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and coordinate project teams, including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers and subcontractors, to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Strong experience managing client and consultant relationships, ensuring clear communication, effective decision-making and alignment with project objectives.
- A thorough understanding of construction contracts, project risk management, workplace health and safety requirements and quality assurance processes.
- The ability to identify and manage programme risks, design coordination issues, procurement challenges and construction delays while maintaining project momentum.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and drive accountability across the project team.
- Experience with Procore, Aconex, Microsoft Project or similar construction and project management platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-focused leadership style, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards.
- A genuine passion for construction and delivering landmark residential developments, with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
