AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with major growth plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona and Nullagine Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are continuing to build a high-performing team to support our operations.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced and motivated Minesite Utilities to join our team at the Warrawoona Gold Project. We have opportunities available on both a Permanent Full-Time basis working a 15:13 FIFO roster from Perth and Casual engagements.

Reporting to the Facilities leadership team, you will play an integral role in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for our workforce. This hands-on role requires flexibility and a willingness to contribute across all areas of the Utilities function. Team members are expected to perform duties across kitchen operations, housekeeping and mine site cleaning as required. Successful applicants must be comfortable working across all aspects of the Utilities scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform housekeeping duties within accommodation facilities, including servicing rooms and maintaining communal areas

- Conduct village and site cleaning activities to maintain a high standard of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness

- Assist with food preparation, meal service, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties

- Maintain dining and kitchen facilities in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards





- Perform mine site cleaning tasks across operational and administrative areas as required

- Safely operate cleaning equipment and utilise cleaning chemicals in accordance with procedures

- Replenish consumables and supplies across site facilities

- Assist with Airport duties as required

- Maintain laundry facilities and assist with linen management where required

- Complete daily inspections and report maintenance requirements, hazards or defects

- Support a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration

- Follow all company policies, procedures and site requirements

- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through hazard identification and risk management

- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard while maintaining productivity and attention to detail

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working in a Utilities, Housekeeping, Hospitality or Mine Site Cleaning role

- Demonstrated ability to work across all areas of Utilities, including kitchen, housekeeping and cleaning services

- A strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of tasks as required

- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and housekeeping standards

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team





- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service

- Current Manual Driver's Licence

- Ability to obtain a Valid National Police Clearance (NPC)

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening requirements

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Previous FIFO mining camp or remote site experience

- Experience in commercial kitchens, catering or hospitality operations

- Experience in accommodation housekeeping services

- Experience in industrial, mine site or village cleaning

- Food Safety Handling Certificate

- Safe Food Handling or Hospitality qualifications

- Chemical handling experience

- First Aid Certificate

- Knowledge of mining or remote-site environments
