Are you passionate about Tools?

We are seeking a talented Sales person or Tradie Who is looking for a change to join our store in Kalgoorlie.

As a Sales Specialist you will:

- Help tradies, builders and DIYers find the right tools for the job, using your product knowledge to recommend the best option.
- Serve customers on the shop floor and over the phone, ask the right questions, and turn enquiries into sales.
- Build relationships with trade customers so they keep coming back.
- Look after stock and keep the store looking sharp, including receiving and putting away stock, keeping product in the right place, and keeping displays and aisles well presented.

Preferred requirements:

- Trade experience or a background using tools, or retail sales or customer service experience. If you’re a tradie looking for a change, we want to hear from you.
- Positive product knowledge, or a keen interest in learning tools and equipment.
- A friendly,



confident approach with customers and a willingness to give them your full attention.
- A team player who is happy to help with stock and store tasks.
- Our store is open 7 days, so flexibility to work 1 weekend day is required.
