MuraConnect in Brisbane is seeking a Level 2 Network Support Engineer to join a busy, statewide network operations team. You will handle escalated incidents, implement BAU changes, and contribute to service improvement across Queensland.

The role requires solid troubleshooting across enterprise networking, familiarity with Meraki, Fortinet and Aruba, and experience with monitoring tools and ITSM processes. A customer-focused mindset and calm under pressure are essential.
