Tuggeranong Valley Rugby Union Football Club (Vikings Rugby) in Canberra is seeking a Rugby Pathways and Performance Manager to grow player pathways by building relationships with schools, delivering development programmes and guiding school-aged players into Vikings' senior rugby around age 18.

You will lead strength and conditioning, monitor training, coordinate match-day prep and work with coaches and medical staff to support player readiness and progression through the pathway, with a focus
