Growing building contractor with huge pipeline of projects on the horizon, seeking talented individuals to help the business grow and flourish

Initial project (choice of 2!) – either a $18M unit project in Labrador or 10 level, high end unit project at Bilinga, valued at $25M.

Flexible salary package to suit individual, anticipated between $180,000 - $220,000 + Super

WCR has partnered with a growing mid-tier commercial and unit building contractor with projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Due to a period of growth and projects wins on top of a demand for further developments from its repeat business clients, this thriving building contractor are seeking to hire a building Project Manager with strong project experience in multi-level res space. With a focus on low-to-midrise (typically between 3-8 levels) quality unit, town houses and hotel projects typically varying in value between $10M - $40M.

Initially you’ll manage one of the following projects:

10 level,



high end unit project at Bilinga, valued at $25M

To be suitable for this position it is anticipated that you will possess the following;

- Will either have a site management or contracts administration background.
- Be experienced in managing site teams including Site Managers, Contracts Administrators and Cadets
- Will have worked in the construction industry for a minimum of 10 years, working your way through the ranks to Project Manager
- Experience working in the tier 3 build space is valued
- MUST have delivered multi-level mid-rise, unit or hotel projects. Retirement living and Government housing project experience also
- Offices are located in Logan with projects on the Gold Coast so it’s anticipated you’ll live within reasonable commutable distance between these locations.
