Key Details

- Location: Sydney CBD
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (38 hours per week)
- Availability: Monday Sunday, including weekends, is essential
- Salary: $67,000 + 12% Superannuation + Commission

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance.
- Deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships with VIP clients, manage client databases, waitlists and after-sales enquiries.
- Develop strong product knowledge across premium timepieces.

About You

- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience.
- A strong interest in watches or the ability and willingness to learn technical product details.
- Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
