The Role,
We are looking forhighly motivated, enthusiastic, driven person to provideour Guests with an outstanding service experience.
The duties will include –
- Answering the main switch
- Ensuring Guests are welcomed and greeted
- Gathering information from customers to pass onto service staff
- General Administration duties and ordering
- Serving customers dropping off and picking up their vehicle
The successful applicant will offer the following characteristics
- Be well presented
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be self-motivated
- Be professional and enthusiastic
- Have strong attention to detail
- Positive phone manner
- Work well in a team environment
- Drivers Licence
- Strong work ethic
Applicants must be physically located in Australia and must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
