Receptionist – Nations Church Myaree

Full-time – 12 month fixed-term parental leave appointment, with the possibility of extension.

The position

n

We are looking for a professional and motivated Receptionist to join our Operations team at the Myaree campus.

n

n

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and managing general reception duties for the campus and the wider Nations Church team.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

n

n
- Greeting visitors in a timely, professional and welcoming manner
n
- Responding to incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
n
- Coordinating room bookings and associated facility requirements
n
- Providing inter-departmental administrative support as required
n
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies
n
- Processing daily mail and receiving deliveries
n
- Managing information and records accurately and efficiently
n
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of staff facilities and associated areas
n

This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate will be required to make Nations Church their home church.

What are we looking for?

MUST-HAVES

n

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will have sound computer skills and solid attention to detail, with a professional and welcoming approach.

A strong desire to see the Nations Church’s Mandate outworked – that the Lost be Found, Disciples Made and that Nations be Reached.
