Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Data & AI Customer Pillar in a hybrid Sydney/Melbourne role. You will own the squad backlog for Customer Data Foundations, translate complex requirements into user stories, and collaborate across Architecture, Data & AI to select optimal solutions.

You’ll drive release planning, ensure operational readiness, and support vendor engagements while shaping contemporary CDP/CRM/MarTech initiatives for a large retail group.
