About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
- Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
- Generate and manage sales enquiries from walk-in, phone and online leads
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Work closely with the finance and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
- The ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume setting
- Confidence using technology and CRM systems
- A current and valid driver's licence
