Wishbone is opening in Melbourne’s CBD and is recruiting experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join the opening team. We’re seeking professionals with a background in premium venues, strong knowledge of cocktails, and a passion for guest service.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to a rotating roster (weekends/public holidays), and hold a valid RSA certificate. Full time and casual positions available.
