Senior Property Manager | Monday-Friday | Work Car or Car Allowance Provided

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join one of Newcastle's leading real estate agencies. You will manage an established residential portfolio, transitioning towards approximately 220-240 properties, with full 360-degree property management responsibilities. No new business development is required.

Attractive $120,000 total remuneration package, inclusive of base salary, superannuation and either a car allowance or company vehicle, offering exceptional value for an experienced Senior Property Manager.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships professionally
- Coordinate landlord and tenant liaisons, re-lets, inspections and maintenance
- Handle arrears, lease renewals, vacates and compliance
- Complete tribunal preparation and tribunal attendance
- Ensure properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard
- Take ownership of your portfolio and deliver outstanding client service





About you

- Proven experience managing 150+ residential properties, ideally 200+
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Experience across all aspects of end-to-end property management
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver's licence
- A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
